Welcome to 4thStreetDecor LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.4thstreetdecor.com, and the purchase of any products (“Products”) offered on the Site, including hidden gun storage boxes.
By accessing or using our Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Site and purchase Products. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Product Use & Compliance
Our hidden gun storage boxes are designed for discreet storage. However, it is your responsibility to ensure:
- You comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding firearm storage.
- You understand and follow safe gun storage practices.
- You do not use our Products in a manner that is unlawful, dangerous, or violates firearm safety standards.
We are not liable for any misuse of the Products.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, inappropriate language, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on personalized products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and that is up to our discretion. We will always try our best to work with our customers with any issues.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@4thstreetdecor.com.
6. Shipping returns
To return your product, we will provide you a shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the reason is due to our mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.
8. Warranties
We do not offer any warranties.
